i really enjoyed the food selection at the buffet , it was very diverse and delicious. i found lots of activities kept everyone entertained throughout our visit.
i found that the children's outdoor playground needed some attention , as a slide was closed. it looked unsafe , mainly due to a toolbox left lying around with screws. this impacted the overall experience.

The air CONDITIONING in my room did not work properly , and it was quite uncomfortable at night. the bed was also too hard . the pillows seemed like rocks . I barely slept . this affected my overall experience negatively.

I found the staff to be very helpful. They work hard to please hotel guests. The buffet offered many choices, which I really appreciated. The food was AMAZING!!!
The air conditioning did not work very well in some areas. Some common areas felt unbearably hot. I hope they fix this.
